All services are governed by federal regulations, including 49 C.F.R. §376 for independent contractor lease agreements, and are subject to the terms of individual transportation agreements and rate confirmations.

3. Driver Applications and Qualifications

Driver applications submitted through our Site are subject to comprehensive review and verification, including FMCSA Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse queries. Submission does not guarantee employment. Applicants must generally meet a minimum age requirement of 25 and possess 3+ years of verifiable OTR experience.

By submitting an application, you certify that all information is true and complete. Millennia Trucking LLC utilizes systems such as JJ Keller Driver Encompass™ for qualification tracking. False information may result in immediate rejection or termination of service agreements.

4. Requests for Quotes

Requests for transportation quotes are for informational purposes only. Final rates are subject to confirmed written rate confirmations which include all inclusive fuel surcharges unless otherwise designated.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, and business documentation, is the property of Millennia Trucking LLC and is protected by US and international copyright laws. Reproduction without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

Millennia Trucking LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages arising from your use of the Site. The Site is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind regarding accuracy or reliability.

Millennia Trucking LLC operates under USDOT 3521528. We maintain a strict Safety Management Plan supervised by David Abraha and Hana Mechare, ensuring full compliance with FMCSA regulations, including Hours of Service (HOS) and electronic logging device (ELD) mandates.

9. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with federal law and the substantive laws of the State of North Carolina. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Mecklenburg County, North Carolina.
